Who you really are??

Sometimes we will ask our-self this question. Is something that we sometimes hardly understand, our-self. Who am I? Do I understand "ME" enough? Now in order to tell you guys how to answer this, it doesn't require your friends, your colleagues, your family to tell you. What it needs to answer it is you. Let put it more simple, you are who you wanted to be. Simple? or stupid? Kinda. I'm writing this post is to completely not answer this question but the other one. Who am I going to be? 3 tips to become a better you and answer who you are.

1. Personal Branding

Coca-cola is a well known brand. It worth estimated $79.2 billion, if I change that soft drink to become you. How much your brand worth. Not your income, not your net worth but your brand. RM100,000 or RM10? Most of the time our own personal brand worth nothing because we don't build it, we are bad drivers, we are rude, we don't respect other races, we don't respect other religion, we look down on foreign workers, we don't respect other people. With all of that, how much your brand can really worth?? Since you don't build your brand, and no one else beside you can build it.

2. Find the brand you want to build and start building it.
To find the brand doesn't you need to ask around to find your brand. Did Coca-cola ask everyone to find their brand, no right. They define what their brand is. Same as you, you define what is your brand. You want to be a leader, a good husband, a good business person, Yes you could. It needs hard work and patients. You think Coca-cola build their brand just in one night? Think again. One more thing, nothing is perfect same as Coke, they are one of the unhealthy soft drinks, but their brand stand their ground. Same as you, people might judge you in different way, don't get stress out because people don't think good about you, maybe not now but one day will.

3. Why this Bullsh*t matter?
You will earn respect, trust, probably money if you are a businessman, and you will stand out compare to others, you will make people think good about you. Does that matter now? Check your Facebook (the most dangerous one), Linkedin profile, your Twitter, what you wear, what you do everyday. Does any of that define what you wanted to be.

There you go guys, what makes a good Highly-Impressive-Men (HIM)? The answer is you and your brand. Leave your comment and let me know what you think.
