1. Mamak!
We as Malaysian love mamak, is our culture, and it represent us. We have dinner at there, 'Yam Cha' at there, supper at there, and the feel is awesome. The more often you go, the more likely you won't get those belly fat away, we Malaysian know that the mamak food is oily, salty, spicy, like mee goreng. The teh tarik is D*mn sweet (probably it won't starting next year). But Bro call leh! How can I not go. Well, like I said the more often you go the worse, less you go the better. Life is about choices you made, you can choose social or health when these situation occur.
2. It's a habit since we are young!
The three things that form your habit since young are school, parents and friends. Our education system never care about student health, no good habit was form at school. Does your parents eating healthy? If yes, good news for you, if not, change your family eating culture. Well, friends who you hang out when you are young play sports, is good. If not, probably you won't do sport now. Habit can control us, since it's our habit, why not we control them rather than they control us.
3. We are talker more than do-er!
You tell your friend this, "Bro, I tell you what, I'm going to hit the Gym starting next week". Most of the time, you either join for short period of time or totally didn't even join. Most of the guys have one concept, they think they put in all the hard work and after they get great shape they can quit, no need to maintain one lor? If you think that way, no great shape will come to you. What I mean do-er is a person who take care their health and lose their belly fat for rest of their lives. Rest of my life?! You Gila kah? Erm.....try to look down and see what you have?
